Your
right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The deadline begins on the day
-
on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the delivery person) received the goods,
or – if your order consists of several partial deliveries –
on which you or the person designated by you received the last delivery.

This is the easiest and fastest way to inform us of your cancellation.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you,
including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs
incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option),
within fourteen days of receiving your notification.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the order,
unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Under no circumstances will you incur any additional costs.
We may withhold the refund
until the goods have been returned to our production partner
or until you have provided proof that you have dispatched them –
whichever occurs first.
Please send the goods to the return address
provided by email after you have cancelled your order.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not to:

Custom-made products (e.g. personalized designs),
-
Products that are printed especially for you (print-on-demand),
-
digital files, as soon as the download or delivery has started
and you have expressly agreed that the right of withdrawal thereby expires.
Here's how to submit your cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so directly here.
Simply fill out the form and click on "Submit cancellation" –
you will then receive a confirmation by email,
and I will explain the further process to you step by step.
Please note that the cancellation period 14 days after receipt of the goods .
After this period, or in the case of personalized products,
cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
