Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Our products are individually made for you – with great care and attention to detail. The total delivery time consists of production time and shipping time.
Digital timetables (PDF): Available immediately after payment – no waiting, no shipping.
Physical products (posters, prints, growth posters): Production time: 2–5 business days. Shipping time depending on destination country: Germany: 5–10 business days total; Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France: 7–12 business days total; Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, Finland: 8–14 business days total
Magnetic boards & whiteboards: These are produced separately and may take 5–14 working days depending on production capacity.
Switzerland: 8–14 working days plus any customs clearance.
Note: Around the start of the school year, Christmas, and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer in some cases. It's best to allow a few extra days – especially if you're buying a gift. ✨
Where is it shipped from?
Our products are created in collaboration with carefully selected European production partners:
Posters, prints and growth posters are produced by Printful in Latvia or Spain and shipped directly to you.
Magnetic boards and whiteboards come from WallyBoards in Poland – a specialized manufacturer of high-quality writing and magnetic surfaces.
All production sites are located within the EU. This means for you: no customs duties within the EU, short delivery routes and high quality standards.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the product type, destination country, and order quantity. You will see the exact amount before completing your order.
Digital products are always shipped free of charge.
Note for customers in Switzerland: Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are calculated directly by customs or the delivery service and are to be paid by the buyer.
Will I receive shipment tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This way you can check the current location of your order at any time.
What happens if my package doesn't arrive?
Please wait until the stated delivery time has elapsed and check the tracking status. If your package still hasn't arrived after the maximum delivery time has passed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date – we will take care of it immediately.
Digital products
How do I get my digital timetable?
After your purchase, you have two options: You will receive a confirmation email with a download link, and your files will be permanently available under My Account → Downloads. You can download them again at any time – as often as you like.
In what formats will I receive the files?
All digital timetables are available as high-resolution PDF files (300 DPI) and are included in three formats:
DIN A4 – for printing on standard paper; 4:3 Tablet – perfect for iPad and other tablets; 16:9 Monitor – as a screen background or for presentations
You can write on the 4:3 and 16:9 versions directly on your iPad using the Apple Pencil – no printing required.
What am I allowed to do with the files?
These files are for private use only. You may print them as often as you like – for yourself, your children, or as gifts for friends. Sharing, publishing, or using them for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Can I return digital products?
Since digital files are available for immediate download after purchase, they are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal – provided you expressly agreed to immediate download during the purchase process. Should you experience any technical problems with the download, we will of course assist you immediately – simply write to us at support@crealumi.de.
Physical Products & Materials
What materials does Crealumi use?
- Magnetic boards: High-quality magnetic foil with a whiteboard surface – writable, erasable and reusable.
- Whiteboards: Aluminum composite panels with a semi-matte, writable coating.
- Posters & Prints: Fine art quality on 189 g/m² matte white paper, 300 DPI print resolution.
- Growth poster: High-quality prints on fine art paper, personalized with your child's name.
Are the magnetic boards really wipeable?
Yes. You can write on them with standard whiteboard markers and wipe them clean with a dry cloth. For extended use or stubborn residue, we recommend a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
Will the magnetic boards stick to any refrigerator?
They adhere reliably to all magnetic surfaces made of iron or steel. Adhesion may be limited on stainless steel refrigerators – in this case, we recommend magnetic clips or adhesive pads as a simple alternative.
How do I properly care for my magnetic board?
The best way to clean it is with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Please do not use harsh cleaning agents or scouring pads to preserve the surface.
Personalization & Variants
Can I write my child's name on the timetable?
All timetables – whether digital, poster, magnetic board, or whiteboard – include a dedicated name field directly on the design. Your child can easily write their name there themselves. This makes it even more personal! ✨
Are the timetables available in different versions?
Yes. All timetables are available in two versions, one for each school lesson
- with 6 hours (primary school) and
- with 8 hours (secondary school)
Both versions are offered separately so that you get exactly what suits your school day.
Furthermore, each design is available in three formats:
- DIN A4 for printing,
- 4:3 for tablets and
- 16:9 for the monitor or as a desktop background.
All three formats are included in the purchase price.
How does personalization work on the growth poster?
Growth posters can be personalized with your child's name right at the point of purchase. Simply enter the name in the shop, and it will be printed on the poster – at no extra charge. We use the Customily tool for this, which shows you a live preview before you order.
Are the growth posters available in different sizes?
Yes. Growth posters are available in three sizes:
- From 90 cm to 130 cm
- From 100 cm to 140 cm
- From 110 cm to 150 cm
Simply choose the option that best suits your child's current growth — that way you can enjoy it for as long as possible.
Can I personalize other products?

Sustainability & Production
How does Crealumi produce its products?
We work exclusively with European production partners who use environmentally friendly inks and high-quality materials. All products are made on demand – only when you order them. This way, we avoid overproduction, unnecessary waste, and long transport routes.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes. We use low-emission materials and child-safe surfaces. Our printing partners adhere to certified quality standards for low-pollutant products.
Does Crealumi donate anything?
Yes! 1% of our revenue goes towards products that support children in difficult situations. Because we believe: Every child deserves a beautiful, inspiring learning environment. ✨
Complaint
My product arrived damaged – what should I do?
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage from the outside, have the courier fill out a damage report or refuse to accept the package.
If you only notice the damage after opening the package, please take photos immediately – of the product, the packaging, and the damage itself. Then contact us within 14 days using our form↗ complaint and upload the photos there. This is the only way we can review your case and help you quickly.
My poster is printed incorrectly – the colors are wrong or the image is shifted. What now?
That's annoying – and we naturally take responsibility for it.
Please take photos of the defect and contact us within 14 days of receipt using our complaint form↗ . Upload clear photos that clearly show the defect. We can then process your case and offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
How long do I have to file a complaint?
To ensure we can help you quickly and easily, please report any defects as soon as possible – but no later than 14 days after receipt. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can assist you.
How long is the warranty valid for?
You have a statutory 24-month warranty on all physical products from the date of receipt. This means that if a defect occurs within this period, you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
What happens after I file a complaint?
You will receive an email confirmation from us. We will carefully review your case and get back to you within 14 days.
Depending on the situation, we offer you free replacement, repair, price reduction or a full refund – you decide what suits you best.
I ordered the wrong size or version – can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange for digital products, as the files are available immediately after purchase.
For physical products that you ordered incorrectly, you can exercise your right of withdrawal – provided the product is not personalized. Simply contact us via the contact form↗. We'll find a good solution for you together.
