What is Crealumi?
Crealumi stands for lovingly designed art for children – timetables, magnetic boards, and prints that foster imagination, tranquility, and self-confidence.
Each design is carefully handcrafted and aims to remind children of their inner light – with harmonious colors, inspiring quotes, and small details that awaken joy.

How long does shipping take?
Our products are made individually for you – with great care and attention to detail.
The delivery time depends on the product type and your location:

Magnetic boards & whiteboards: 5 – 14 working days (depending on production partner and shipping destination)

Germany: 5 – 10 working days

Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France: 7 – 12 working days

Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, Finland: 8 – 14 working days

Switzerland: 8 – 14 working days (plus any customs clearance)

Digital timetables (PDF): Available immediately after payment
Other product types such as calendars, posters or notebooks will follow soon – you can find the exact delivery times directly on the respective product page.
Note: Shipping times may be longer before the start of the school year and on public holidays.
It's best to allow some extra time if you're planning to give the products as gifts.

Our products are created in collaboration with selected European production partners –
primarily in Germany and the Netherlands .

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on:

Digital products (e.g. PDF timetables) are of course shipped free of charge .
Note for customers from Switzerland
Deliveries to Switzerland may to customs duties or import taxes .
These are calculated by customs or the delivery service and are to be borne by the buyer.
Digital products
How do I get my digital timetable?
After purchase, you will immediately receive a download link via email. You can save and print your files directly – as often as you like.
In what format will I receive the files?
All downloads are available as high-resolution PDF files (300 DPI) – optimized for A4, 4:3 and 16:9 formats.
What am I allowed to do with the files?
You may use them privately and print them as often as you like.
Distribution, publication, or commercial use is not permitted.
Can I return digital products?
Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal , as they can be downloaded immediately after purchase.
Should you have any problems with the download, we will of course be happy to assist you.
Physical products
What materials does Crealumi use?

Magnetic boards: High-quality magnetic foil with a whiteboard surface – writable and erasable.

Aluminum whiteboards: Aluminum composite panels with a semi-matte, writable coating.

Posters & Prints: Museum quality on 189 g/m² matte white fine art paper.
Are the magnetic boards really erasable?
Yes. They can be written on with standard whiteboard markers and wiped clean with a dry cloth.
For extended use, we recommend a slightly damp microfiber cloth.
Do the magnetic boards stick to every refrigerator?
They stick to all magnetic surfaces made of iron or steel.
Adhesion may be limited on stainless steel refrigerators
How do I clean my board properly?
With a soft, slightly damp cloth – please do not use harsh cleaners.
What if my product arrives damaged?

within 14 days of receipt After inspection, we will of course replace or refund the product free of charge.
Personalization & Variants
Can I personalize products?
Yes, many of our designs can be personalized with names. If so, it will be explicitly stated in the product description.
Personalization is done directly during the ordering process.
What timetable formats are available?
Each design is available in three variations:

DIN A4 (Print) – classic for printing

4:3 (tablet) – ideal for iPads and other tablets

16:9 (Digital) – perfect for computer or TV screens
Sustainability & Production
How does Crealumi produce?
We work with European production partners who use environmentally friendly inks and FSC-certified materials.
All products are on demand – only when you order them. This way, we avoid overproduction and waste.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes. We use GREENGUARD GOLD-certified prints , low-emission materials, and child-safe surfaces.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?

Physical products: 14-day return policy from receipt of goods.
Please contact us by email before returning anything.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. -
Digital products: Excluded from the right of withdrawal (see above).
What happens with complaints?
If an item is delivered damaged or defective, please send to our support team
within 14 days We will review the case immediately and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
