Digital timetables and downloads are available immediately after payment – ​​no waiting, no shipping, no shipping costs. You can find your files at any time under My Account → Downloads and download them as many times as you like.

We deliver to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

Individual physical products may not be available in certain countries - availability will be displayed during the ordering process.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway may be subject to additional customs duties or import fees, which are to be borne by the buyer.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the product type, destination country, and order quantity. You will see the exact amount before completing your order.

Note: Around the start of the school year, Christmas, and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer in some cases. It's best to allow a few extra days – especially if you're buying a gift. ✨

Our products are created in collaboration with carefully selected European production partners:

Posters, prints, and growth posters are produced by Printful in Latvia or Spain and shipped directly to you. Magnetic boards and whiteboards come from WallyBoards in Poland – a specialized manufacturer of high-quality writing and magnetic surfaces.

All production sites are located within the EU. This means for you: no customs fees within the EU, short delivery routes and high quality standards.

We use sturdy, recyclable packaging – so every Crealumi piece arrives at your door safe and sound. No unnecessary plastic, no glitter that pollutes the environment – ​​only what protects and preserves.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This way you can check the current location of your order at any time.

For non-personalized physical products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of receipt of the goods. You can return the item within this period without giving any reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Custom-made products (e.g., magnetic boards with personal designs)
• Print-on-demand products that are printed especially for you
• digital downloads, once the download has started and you have explicitly agreed to it
