Defects & Warranty
We stand for high-quality products and work exclusively with carefully selected European production partners. However, should you receive a defective or damaged product, you naturally have statutory warranty rights – these apply regardless of the right of withdrawal and also to our print-on-demand items made individually for you.
Please note: A defect report requires a specific defect – for example, a printing error, a manufacturing defect, or damage in transit. This is not the same as a cancellation, where you can return the goods without giving a reason.
Here's what to do if you have a shortage:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery – the sooner, the faster we can help you.
Document the defect: Take clear photos of the product, the damage, and, if possible, the shipping box.
Fill out the complaint form : It's the easiest and fastest way to send us all the necessary information. Upload your photos directly there.
What happens after you report it?
We review each case individually and carefully. As a rule, our first solution is to offer you a replacement with a flawless item. Alternatively, a full refund is of course also possible.
Please do not return the goods without prior consultation. We will inform you in each individual case whether and where a return is necessary – we will of course cover the return shipping costs for you.
