General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of Crealumi – Nadine Lotterjouk on www.crealumi.de do.
The version of these terms and conditions valid at the time of the order shall apply.

3. Conclusion of contract

The product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded as soon as Crealumi confirms the order by email, or the goods are shipped, or the download is made available.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

Crealumi delivers to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

Individual products may not be available in certain countries if the respective production partner does not ship there. Availability will be displayed during the ordering process.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway may be subject to additional customs duties or import fees, which are to be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. Digital products ship free.

5. Payment methods

The following secure payment methods are available in the Crealumi shop:

Payments are processed through our payment service provider Mollie BV, Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order. For payment by bank transfer (prepayment), you will receive the payment information after placing your order via our payment service provider Mollie; the funds will be released after receipt of the full amount.

Digital products will be made available for download immediately after successful payment (My Account → Downloads and via email link).

6. Delivery & Production

6.1 Delivery time

Digital products: immediately after payment is received
Physical products: 2-5 working days production + 1-14 working days shipping depending on destination country
Magnetic boards: 5-14 working days depending on production capacity

6.2 Production sites

Crealumi works with carefully selected European production partners who guarantee environmentally friendly materials and fair manufacturing conditions:

Wallyboards – Production in Poland (“Made in Poland”)
Printful – Fulfillment in Spain (Barcelona) and Latvia (Riga).
The production location is automatically selected based on the delivery address and product availability.

This ensures that manufacturing remains within Europe – for short distances, high quality and responsible production.

7. Digital Products & Usage Rights

With your purchase, you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for private purposes. The acquired files and products may be printed and used as often as desired within your own family on personal devices—tablets, computers, smartphones, anywhere they belong.

Distribution to third parties, publication, reproduction for distribution, and any commercial use are prohibited. All copyrights and usage rights remain with Crealumi — Nadine Lotterjouk.

8. Right of withdrawal

a) Physical products

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. Return shipping costs are your responsibility; the goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

b) Digital products

Digital downloads are excluded from the right of withdrawal after provision, provided that you have expressly agreed before provision that the performance of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

c) Digital products

Custom-made products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code). This applies in particular to individually printed magnetic boards and print-on-demand products.

9. Returns & Complaints

All physical products come with a statutory warranty of 24 months from receipt of the goods.

Should a product arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt using our claims form and upload photos of the damage. After review, we will offer you a free replacement, repair, price reduction, or a full refund.

10. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Crealumi – Nadine Lotterjouk until full payment is received.

11. Copyright

All designs, illustrations, texts, and digital files on this website are protected by copyright.
Any use beyond private use requires the prior written consent of Crealumi – Nadine Lotterjouk.

12. Liability

Crealumi is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, as well as for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages that typically occur.

13. Data protection

Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

14. Dispute Resolution

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). Information on consumer dispute resolution bodies in the member states can be found at: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies

Crealumi is neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
