Your rights in case of defects (warranty)
We stand for high-quality products. However, should you receive a defective or damaged product, you naturally have statutory warranty rights. These are independent of the right of withdrawal and also apply to our print-on-demand items printed individually for you.
Please note: specific defect must exist for a complaint to be valid . A complaint is not the same as a return, where you can send the goods back without giving a reason.

Here's how to proceed with a complaint:

Contact us immediately: Please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery.

Document the defect: Take clear photos of the faulty item and, if applicable, the packaging.

What happens after you report it?
We review each case individually and quickly. As a rule, our first solution is to offer you a replacement with a flawless item. Alternatively, a full refund possible.
Please do not return the goods without prior consultation! We will inform you in each individual case whether and where a return is necessary.
