Competition: Coloring contest “The coolest children's room of all time”

As of October 2026

1. Organizer and sponsor

The organizer of the competition is Crealumi, Nadine Lotterjouk, Bessemerstr. 51, 1st floor, 12103 Berlin (hereinafter referred to as "Crealumi"). Contact: hi@crealumi.de.

The competition is generously supported by Friedrich Bäckerei Zubehör GmbH, which is sponsoring timetables worth €10,000. Crealumi is increasing the number of timetables to a total of 2,222.

2. Action period

Submissions can be made from October 22, 2026, until December 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Submissions received after this time will not be considered. The winners will be announced on December 31, 2026.

3. Eligibility

The participant is the legal guardian who submits the children's collaborative artwork. Eligible participants are legal guardians of legal age residing in Germany or Switzerland, acting on behalf of the participating children (the "child artists").

By participating, the parent or guardian confirms that all legal guardians of the participating children agree to the participation.

The organizer, her relatives, and employees of the sponsor are excluded from participation.

4. Participation and procedure

At least two children paint a picture together on the theme "The coolest children's room ever." There is no upper limit: five, ten, twenty, or more children can paint together on one piece. There are no requirements regarding size, materials, or technique.

The parent or guardian uploads a photo or scan of the finished artwork to crealumi.de. Participation is exclusively via crealumi.de after prior registration by email. One joint artwork is submitted per team.

Every work is reviewed by Crealumi before publication. Only after approval does it appear in the gallery.

5. Rating and Gallery

All approved works will appear in the public gallery on crealumi.de. Registered users can give their favorite works their "likes." Each registered user has three likes to give, which they can change at any time.

6. Determining the winner

The winners will be determined in two ways:

  1. A jury from Crealumi selects the winning teams.
  2. In addition, the works with the most hearts will be chosen as audience favorites.

Winning teams will be selected until the total allocation of 2,222 timetables is exhausted, in order of the jury's evaluation. Crealumi reserves the right to voluntarily increase the allocation if slightly more timetables are needed to ensure that all children on a winning team receive the prize.

7. Prize and Redemption

Each child on a winning team receives Crealumi timetables as a digital download for their entire class or group. Every child in the class or group can then choose their favorite timetable and print it out or use it on a tablet.

If children from several classes or groups participate in a winning project, each of these classes or groups will receive the timetables.

The prize will be issued as a voucher code, redeemable for the number of children specified in the respective class or group. Redemption is possible until December 31, 2027. Cash payment is not possible. The prize is non-transferable.

8. Proof of class or group

In the submission form, the parent or guardian indicates for each participating child the class or group in which they are and how many children belong to that group. Only the number of children and the name of the class or group are required. Lists of names or other personal data of the children will not be collected.

9. Copyright and usage rights

By submitting the work, the parent or guardian confirms that it was created by the participating children themselves and does not infringe any third-party rights.

The legal guardian grants Crealumi a simple, non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide right to use the artwork for the purposes of the competition on crealumi.de. With separate, voluntary consent, Crealumi may also display the artwork on Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, always linking back to crealumi.de.

10. Publication of the winners

In the event of a win, only the first name, the initial letter of the last name and the age of the children will be published, and even then only with the express consent of the legal guardians.

11. Exclusion and Manipulation

Crealumi reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in cases of attempted manipulation (e.g., through fake accounts in the evaluation process) or violations of these terms and conditions. In such cases, any prize already awarded may be revoked retroactively.

12. Data protection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. Details regarding the purposes, legal basis, storage period, and the rights of data subjects can be found in the privacy policy. All consents given can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

13. Liability, Legal Recourse, Final Provisions

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the selection and evaluation of the works by the jury.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Crealumi reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition for important reasons, in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
